i booked a flight from new Delhi to Pune on 6th December 2021 with Id REF253493578 and then immediately cancelled due to wrong destination and source details. On enquiry i told them the same and asked them to change the source and destination and book another flight to which they replied they will cancel the ticket booked but i will have to go and book a new ticket as they cannot change the source and destination. I was told the refund will be received within 5-10 working days . it’s been over a month but i haven’t received my refund yet every time i call them I’m being told i will recieve it in next three days but i never recieve it
