On 30th September, I had requested for a Jiofibre connection in Deoghar, where I shifted temporarily on rent. I paid the fee and I was told that the connection will be installed within 2 days. I kept waiting, I was missing classes and assignments and some quizzes as well. After around a week of payment, they told me that they were cancelling the connection and I will receive the refund within a week. I waited, waited and after 5 months, I am still waiting. I have complaint on nationalconsumerforum website and some guy from Jio HQ, Mumbai contacted me and told me that due to some issue refund wasn’t made and they would do it within a week. A month passed and I tried to contact him but for no use. I filed the complain again on the ncf website and this time they simply closed the case from their side. Then again I filed a third complaint and they tell me that they have made the refund to some axis bank and asked me to contact my bank. But I don’t have an axis bank account. I used Indian bank to make the payment and they told me that the refund is made to axis bank. I tried contacting the salesman, if there was some confusion and he shuffled the contact numbers somewhere such that I paid for someone else. But he told me to do whatever I want to and he was not going to do anything. The whole jio fibre team is a fraud. A few days ago the salesman says that he enjoys seeing me asking my refund. This is so much mentally disturbing. I don’t want my refund now, but I want to file a complain to teach him a lesson. I have tried calling district consumer forum of Deoghar but their phones are never working, it always says a wrong number. I just don’t know what to do. Please help me. I am a student and I don’t have time to appear in courts. Please help me.
