Hii, I would like to get your attention on below points
1. Ticket got cancelled not from my side & even after 30+ days my refund amount not credited to my account
2. I have communicated with you people several times but till now no solutions
3. You people have given different TAT but refund amount not yet credited to my account
4. Your customer support executive put me on hold & disconnected the call around 3 time saying will check details
5. Travel Date was 13.08.2021
Ticket booked on 12.08.2021 & same day it got cancelled says operations issues.
I have traveled same flight which you people where not able to book
