I made a flight booking from Travolook for New Delhi to Raipur on 15th October 2021 (reference id:- REF742387842) which was immediately cancelled by Travolook as a reason they provided us that due to fare expiration booking has been cancelled and will get refunded within 7-10 working days. After the expiration period several calls and mails have been sent to them but did not receive my fund even after mailing them that i am going to consumer forum with an compensation of Rs. 1 Crore they just gave another time period that ended and today when i called for it they just forwaded another date. Hence I seek help from consumer forum to get my funds back Rs. 3,541/- with compensation. if any proof needed by your side that i have mailed or not i can provide that too.
