I booked my ticket on 20th June 2021 and complained about this 5-6 times to customer service but even after 3 months I didn’t get the amount of RS 5030.00 for my cancelled flight.
Now even I am not able to talk to customer service because there is always waiting time that never ends.
I think this is a fraud company.
