I had to cancel the flight with above reference number in August 2022. I received the first refund initiated email in March 2023. Further to this, I did not receive any further confirmation. I followed up multiple times and I have received the refund initiated email 5 times now but Yatra is least bothered to do any NEFT transactions it seems.
Yatra has been using my money for 4 months now and the Employees there have no respect for customers. They have stopped responding to any of my emails. If this continues I will collect all these proofs and will have to go to take this to Consumer court and file an official case against Yatra.
You have my money and I need it back ASAP.
