I have applied for the free trial jio fiber from 1 April 2021 to 1 May 2021 unfortunately I didn’t like something so I discontinued on 27th April 2021 that is three days before the ending date and the condition of setup box and Wi-Fi was next to new not even a single scratch. I have paid 2500 rupees but till date I have only receive 1750 rupees which means 750 are still missing somewhere today I have call jio customer care so many times but they were simply saying you are not eligible for 750 rupees and when when I asked for the reason they were unable to tell anything and many times my call was disconnected by their side. I have call to customer care so many time but they were unable to solve my problem and I have also made many times but their also my problem was not solved. I want my 750 rupees back in any condition.
