I have booked a flight ticket through travolook on 6th Dec’21 from Bengaluru to Vishakhapatnam. Suddenly she called me regarding payment amount increase, and you will pay 1000 extra but I told to cancelled my booking .She told your amount will refund, will be 7 to 10 working days. I called several times regarding refund, but they are giving fake promises. After completing their time frame, now another excuse they are given. Now they are asking me to wait till 7th Jan 2022. customer care is not supportive and dropped several email to ‘support@travolook.in’ but no response.
