Travolook has harassed me in every way possible. I had booked a flight on 5th of may but due to some operational issue they cancelled it. I was supposed to receive my refund within 10-15 days but it has been 25 days now and I haven’t received. This company is duping people and not returning money. I have been following up religiously and all they keep saying it by the next day you’ll get it but it isn’t happening. 14k (approx) is a huge amount and I need the funds as soon as possible. I want to request the court to take this seriously and shut their company down because they shouldn’t be let to do this to innocent customers like us.
