Hi,
I have booked a flight for 22nd Nov and I get an invoice and mentioned booking in progress then I have called customer care they said we are refunding you the amount because the ticket was not confirmed. almost 15 days but i did not get my amount and have not received any update from the company side. I tried a lot but they did not respond. Please help me with this.
