I made order for Murphy Infrared Heat Therapy Lamp B00PXWT8WG ( ML-0040 ) via Order Number: 404-2740215-4500344 I dated 05.08.2022. When the product got delivered it was damaged product, hence I requested return. But amazon didnot refund my amount and claimed that amount is refunded on 14th August’ 2022, which is completely false.
