Text of Complaint by Ramesh Kadam:

I have booked my flight through via. Com on 1st may 2020 but due to covid 19 flight got cancelled now spicejet has credited the refund amount 24246/- in your account and same mail I have forwarded to you. When will i recive my refund amount?? As airlines has already initiated the refund. Why via.com is delaying in crediting the amount??? Pnr AGJPVH
