I have booked multiple tickets on this website. Couple of the tickets were cancelled automatically due to fare expiration and few got cancelled by the airline. The refund was supposed to be provided by the website (travolook.in) via which i have booked the tickets. However the company is not providing the refund till date. Below are the list of booking reference numbers that is pending for refund since more than 3 months.
