Dear Sir/ Madam,
I booked online tickets for CALICUT(Dated 29 June 2021) of INDIGO airline from Travolook.in travel booking website on 24th June 2021. After booking tickets, I received call from one of representative ( No -01246434800) informing that your booking is cancelled with Travolook.in (REF371278537) due to fare expiration. & full amount (Rs4302/-) shall be refunded to your account in 15 working days .
Afterwards, when I tried to contact him at his mobile number or at the customer care toll free number Toll Free No : 0124 643 4800
Even today I tried contacting customer service representative at toll free number 0124 643 4800 but it went unanswered.
I request you take this matter into serious note & help me to get my refund money Rs 4302/- as earliest as possible.
