Its been a month, since I have not received my refund after my rejection of porting request from vodafone idea to Jio. I have been writing e-mails to jio for a month and they are just ignoring or not initiating refund process. And In between this I have been visiting Jio stores, the staff of jio is so bad, they don’t even speak politely to the customers. And not even have knowledge about some porting related issues.
