Respected Sir,
I ordered a Acer Predator Helios 300 gaming laptop on 12th October using my SBI debit card and had to cancel the order on 14th October. From Flipkart I received a mail saying the I will receive the refund by 23rd October.But I haven’t received refund yet for the same. Since then I contacted the Flipkart customer care many times to find a resolution. First time the representative gave me a transaction ID and told me to contact the SBI customer care, when I contacted the SBI customer care he told me they cant help me with the transaction ID provided by the flipkart and asked me to contact Flipkart again. Since the I contacted the flipkart customer care many time and they keep sending me the same reply
“the seller has refunded ₹ 61990 to your State Bank of India debit card on 14 Oct 18 with the bank transaction id: IN00000034678. This amount should have been credited to your account by now. This EMI should have been cancelled by now.
You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance.”
I talked to the senior executive from flipkart many times and they keep telling me the issue will be solved within 48 hours. I asked them for ARN and seller’s bank statement but the just keep telling me to contact SBI customer care.
During this time first month emi and also the interest for the first month have been deducted from my account.
Please look into the issue for a solution.
