I have ordered fog lamp in gomechanic spares app on 28th dec 2022, due to stock outage it has mentioned to wait for 2months.
So I to cancelled my order on 1st march 2023, as per policy 3 to 5 business days it should be refunded, but even after 17days I don’t have an update on same,,
Also not picking the calls

Text of Complaint by Ambika Agarwal:

This is with regard of the inability of myntra to provide correct information regard my refund which has to be credited in my bank account by 3 Feb,2021 but still has not received any refund .On asking they are providong some vague bank reference number which is not trackable by  bank.They are refusing to provide transaction id or utr number which can be ttacked in banks.
