Hi,
I booked air ticket from a website named Travolook (URL – https://www.travolook.in/) on 5th March. My booking was cancelled and reason was given as “fare difference”. I was told by the customer care representative that my money will be refunded back within 10-15 days but I am still waiting to get my money back.
Many people are facing similar issues like me and their amount has not been refunded to them. Social media is filled with unethical practises employed by this entity.
I want to bring this matter to the attention of regulators and other law enforcing agencies so that appropriate action is taken.
