I have requested Airtel to provide broadband connection. Their sales person has taken three months payment in advance on 01/02/2021 and promised to provide connection within 3 days. The installation team visited on the next day and told that connection cannot be provided due to technical problems. Customer care people told that money will be refunded with in 7 days. But till date refund was not received.
