am writing to you with utmost disgust and regret that I have been running pillar to post to have the refund amount from Ajio for two returned orders from the 13th of October 2020.
Order ID EX0006765313 had two refunds 1815.74 and 1525.92 for items which were returned on the 13th of October.
The refunds are pending to be credited to my account. I have raised multiple complaints, spent hours together on customer care, who keep raising complaints and ask me to wait for 11 to 13 days.
I have done so for over one month now, without any remedy. The issue is still pending and credit of 1525.92 to my account is still not done.
I shall be left no option other than to approach legal authorities, social media to at-least highlight to the innocent the kind of treatment Ajio is providing to me.
