Dear Team,

This is to inform you that I have booked a flight from Delhi to Bhubhneswar on 20th Dec 2025 which is cancelled by airline then I reschedule the flight for 21st dec 2025 which again cancelled by airline.

Now in paytm app is showing completed and unable to cancel to proceed further on the same.

So could you please check and do the needful as it’s almost 45 days now.

As I spoke with Paytm customer care team they inform me that it’s pending with airline for approval and they gave me the below details,

But no response from their end as well
