few days ago, I requested for the JIO Air Fiber connection for my home. I paid the whole amount and technicians came for the installation. After installation of jio set top box they were checking for installation of Air fiber device but then they realised that My location id has been used by some other person for his/her connection. Hence they said that we cannot install device and you will get full refund. But it’s been one month and I have still not received any refund or cancellation update
