I have placed an order on 24th July and paid prepaid but they cancelled many medicines from my order and I only received few. Till now I am yet to receive my refund from them for the cancelled medicines, I emailed them many times but they are of no use, their simply saying they initiated the refund and it will take 10-14 days, it’s been a month now and I’m still emailing them for my money
