I have order medicine from filpkart helath plus app for my mother order I’d 15649920595 amount of rs 2395/- where one of quantity missing and the refund amount is 232.09/-where I have raised complaint in Flipkart customer care where they said refund initiated on 07/06/2023. But today 26/06/2023 I called back to customer care stating that refund not received they checked and now they saying your amount will be initiated today and will be receiving in 5-7 working days
