I ordered for Airtel Broadband connection and paid Rs.2828.00 on 02.08.2020 as 3 months advance rental. After 3-4 days they informed me that the New Installation will take 15 days, if we say yes Ok or else they will refund the amount paid by me and it will take 7 days to amount refund. Even after 15 days my amount is not refunded and no one is receiving my calls. The executive who visited my home and his line Manager and the Airtel office people are all not receiving my calls and not responding
