I had a booking for 17 jan 2023, it got canceled on 15 jan 2023 with message “Booking Aborted”. I was promised a refund within 24-48 hours. It’s been 4 months now and I haven’t received any refund. Even after multiple call to their costumer care their answer is “money is auto initiated from our side, you’ll receive in 5-7 working days”.
