Text of Complaint by Akanksha Narain:

On 7th May I enquired about room availability at Colive sunrise, though no rooms were available executive took 12,200 rs for blocking room. But he didn’t confirm room details. He said if I cancel then ten days rent will be taken. Since no room number was given, I found another room nearby who gave me room details immediately. Now Colive staff has refused any refund. Room was to be occupied on 13th May, I cancelled much prior but they took all booking amount. I want to raise as complaint, I want my refund, took money fraudulently
