I have ordered grocery products from Flipkart on 2nd of April and still the order has not delivered I asked them to refund my Monty back to my source but they are only giving fake assurance and dates for the refund also I had mail the concern to the sr. VP of Flipkart and the escalation department to resolve the concern but still no solution.

Kindly help on this as I am in hectic situation as there is no one helping me out and big scam is going in Flipkart.
