Hi I have placed car accessory order (mgp rear bumper ) in gomechanic and paid online for this order on 03 jan 2023, as per the timeline they were supposed to deliver me on 18 jan 2023, but they’ve not delivered and cancelled it on 19 jan 2023, I called up their customer care many times and they say they will revert back in 5-7 days but I didnt received my refund. I am totally fedup with their service. I have enclosed order history screen shot for reference.
P.S – Called several times to this support # 9388893888 to complain, none has resolved the issue unfortunately.
