I placed an order on 9th December and the product was delivered on 15th but it was torn so I returned it on 19th(as I checked on that day) then after the product was picked the amount was initiated and was said that it would take 5-9 working days. even after 10 days I did not receive my refund then I talked to customer care and they raised a complaint regarding my issue and told me to wait for 4 days. I waited for 4 days but still i did not receive my refund and my complaint was also closed without notifying me or resolving my issue.
