Hi my name is Sanjay I ordered a mobile one plus Nord 2t 5g on Amazon website it got delivered to and the product was damage I requested a return and they agreed with it and The pickup associated came and picked Up the product, I waited for the refund but I didn’t get then I contacted Amazon customer care they replied me stating that they have received different product and refund will not be initiated.
