Text of Complaint by Aman Singh:

I ordered a mixer grinder on Amazon on 6th August. I received the product on 9th August. The product was not up to the mark and the mixer cap was not fitting properly in one of the jar. So I replaced the time, but I received some other product instead of mixer at the time of replacement. So I didn’t take that product and cancelled it and sent the delivery boy back. After that I again talked to customer care of amazon and they said the product can only be returned now and delivery boy will pick it up after 3 days. But they cancelled the return pickup two times by giving fake reasons like box was missing but the truth is they didn’t even teach out to me for pickup. After that I called their customer care 2-3 times and finally the return was picked up on 18th August. After 3 days I got no refund so I called their customer care but he said you will get refund within 3 days. I called again after 3 days they said I will get refund by 30th August. Today again I called and they said they have to do an investigation for this product and please contact on 5th September. But I think they are just giving me false hope and they are not gonna refund my money. Please help
