I had booked flight tickets from Bangalore to Mumbai on 10th july, 2022 and it was cancelled by travolook, reason they stated to me was due to technical glitch. I was told that I would receive the refund, but it is still not processed. Customer care is also not responding, and they keep saying it will be refunded in 6-7 days.
