Text of Complaint by Ashwini S:

I had Ordered For Feeding Kurta On 17-6-2022 From Meesho App. It Got Delivered On 22-6-2022. As The Item Was Not To My Expectation With Quality I Requested For Return. The Same Was Arranged By The Delivery Partner Of Meesho Through Delhivery And On 24-6-2022 It Was Collected And I Received The Message From Delhivery As Stated:
“Dear Customer, Your PICKRRTECHNOLOGIES Reverse Pickup With AWB 1215137689244 & Pickupcode DLVPC1053916791 Is Picked Successfully. Status On Www.Delhivery.Com. – Delhivery.”
But When I Checked With Meesho For Refund They Responded That Item Is Not Received Back.Hence Refund Cannot Be Initiated. Please Help Me In This Regard, Several Modes Of Attempts With Meesho Was Made And It Failed With The Same Response. Please Do The Needful As It Got More Than 1 Month Of Return Of Item.
