I have ordered (Order ID 408-0205860-9489145) one VAN HEUSEN Men’s Regular Blazer (VHBZTKULB277848_Navy_42) Seller : Cocoblu Retail Limited on 11th May
Worth Rs. 5999 received the product which was completely different product and I also showed the product to the delivery boy and I have complained to Amazon also and request for return on the same day after few minutes. And the pickup is also done and the product is received by the seller also .After many conversation with the customer care team of Amazon they assure me to refund my amount but now I have come to know that the seller refused to refund my amount as the product I have returned is not matched which I have ordered. I have complained for that only as the product which I ordered is the different product I ordered so how can I return the actual product .
What is going on actually I don’t know ,When I received the different product what should I do,even I have attached the pic of the different product also when request for return. Now If I am going to receive any product I am also concerned whether there is actual product or not ,for that First I have to open the product infront of the delivery executive and if the product is different then I refuse to receive the product, is this acceptable for the Amazon team?
Please look into the matter , as a regular customer of Amazon I got very disappointed of Amazon Service. I just want the refund of the same.
