I received and returned an helmet with size issue, I was supposed to receive refund amount be 16th of May 2022 and till date not received into my UPI, when check with the bank and UPI they are asking for refund reference number for which Flipkart is not providing, when ever I ask ref number they tell we are not supposed to sahre the number, and ref number is not mentioned in the refund section in the app also. I need my refund amount with proper ref number.
