This is Sunil and purpose of this mail is to get my refund as soon as possible.
On 3/4/2022 i applied for a new connection with 6 months plan worth 3532 the order was successfully placed but since the network cable work was under progress in my locality the technician asked me to wait for 10 days more.
The salesman called me and said he will be cancelling my present order and place a new order once the connection is available hence on 14/4/2022 the order got cancelled and its been almost 14 days now there is no any update on the same neither i have received my refund so sir please kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest either i want new connection or my refund.
And customer service is also not doing great as there is no option to talk the executive regarding my issue
