I recharged my No.9844400466 on 08/03/2022 around 12:00 AM Transaction Id: 206802881131 it is unsuccessful and amount is debited from my account i got message from airtel refund amount will credit back within 7 to 10 days and after i recharged it is processed successfully i uploaded screenshot my bank account details , I called customer care after recharge they told the amount will be refund within 7 days, again called customer care on 19th Mar they told amount will be refund on 19th mar but not refunded and again i called customer care told the amount will be refund on 25th Mar.
My question is what airtel sent message like the refund amount will be credit wit 7 to 10 days its almost 15days over and again they are telling it takes 3 more days from today But why airtel sent message 7 to 10 days this is lying customers
