ONLINE E-COMMERCE SHOPPING FRAUD BY AMAZON

Product – Hidesign Autumn Winter Red Wallet (2 quantity)
I have returned the products – Hidesign Autumn Winter Red Wallet for the account.
The pick up was done o 12 March 2022. Refer to the video attached.
I was told by the customer executive that my refund will be credited in 7 business days but it did not happen.
I called up again and they said the product returned didn’t match the product description. WHICH IS UNBELIEVABLE, AS THE PICK UP ASSOCIATE CHECKED THE PRODUCTS.
SO NOW AMAZON PICKED UP 2 ITEMS FROM ME AND DIDN’T EVEN REFUND THE MONEY.
I ENDED UP PAYING 2474 RUPEES FOR FIVE MONTHS OF TROUBLE AND CALLS.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK, WHAT HAPP3NS IN WAREHOUSE HOW CAN I KNOW THAT. THE PRODUCTS PASSED THE AUTHENTICATION TEST AT THE TIME OF PICK UP. AS PER THE POLICY I SHOULD BE ISSUED MY REFUND AT THE EARLIEST.
I AM ASKING MY OWN MONEY BACK NOT ANY COMPENSATION IN LIEU OF TROUBLE FOR FIVE MONTHS AND THE HARASSMENT I WENT THROUGH AT THE HANDS OF AMAZON.
Seriously this incident has shaken my trust in Amazon, after buying such huge products, this is the response I get.
VERY DISAPPOINTING. URGENT ACTION REQUIRED.
ISSUE MY REFUND.
