I have booked a ticket from Srinagar to Bangalore on 15th March 2022 with Ref ID:REF737971013. The ticket was not processed and i got an cancellation email stating you will get your refund in 7-10 working days. I have been following up with the support since 2 weeks but the refund is still not received. Please help
