I have booked a ticket to Bareilly from Delhi on 30th December 2021, and after receiving confirmation received a cancellation message and since then I am being trying to get my refund amount and not receiving only get to know that refund has been initiated and it will be processed soon.
Kindly help to get my refund back I am being tired of contacting them again and again as they are not giving satisfactory answer.
