I cancelled my one of the order from amazon on 16012022 but my account got closed on 17012022 due to which I had not received my refund amount. I talked with amazon customer care and they have given me one refund reference number and asked me to visit bank. I visited Kharghar Axis bank today and explain my issue but they are saying if account get closed then amount returned to merchant account. I also talked with customer care they are also saying to visit bank, But I have not received any positive response by visiting bank so requesting you to resolve the issue and refund my amount as soon as possible.
