I had booked my flight on 16thDec from Bagdogra to Bangalore and after money deduction, they canceled my booking, and till now I have not received my money it’s been more than 25 days. I also want to complain about their staff they don’t know how to address an issue if they find a customer is not happy they cut the call. I had been following up for so many days and today one of the staff told me they have refunded on my wallet which they have never asked me and I denied to take it on my wallet I told him I need it on the same bank account then he cut the call. I have mailed them so many times but they don’t even reply to my mail. I need my money in my bank account I don’t need it in the wallet because I will never use this website again. They are not running travel agent company they are running a company to SCAM people
