I have been trying to contact travolook since past few days but unable to reach the number.

I booked a ticket on Jan 7th, 2022 and I received a cancellation email after a few mins. The customer care phone number keeps me on wait and gets disconnected after a few mins.
I wanted to check about the refund and when can I expect it back into my account. It is highly unprofessional to not help customers and give their money back. It is like a scam company.
