On November 28th 2021, I booked the air ticket for december 2nd 2021 from bhuwaneshwar to jaipur on indigo flight through Travolook.An amount of Rs.4403/- was debited from my bank account towards air fare but the transaction was cancelled by travel look. Immediately one lady from customer care of travolook called me and informed me that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 days. Since then for emails and telephone calls to customer care of travel look I am getting the reply that within 7 to 10 working days the amount will be refunded to the same account from where it is debited and till date I have not got the refund. I have not seen such a pathetic service anywhere else.

Fraud Company , We had booked tickets from Jodhpur to Bangalore and Rs.5850/- was deducted. after a while we get a text that the ticket is cancelled and will be getting a refund in 7-10 working days , Its almost 45 days we have not recived the refund. Neither they respond to phone calls not Mails. Disgusting and Pathetic company.
