ITS COMPLAIN AGAINST AIRLINES AGENT OF AIRASIA KIWI. COM WHERE I HAVE BOOKED MY TICKETS ONE YEAR BACK. I HAD TO CANCEL MY TICKET OWING TO RISE IN COVID SITUATION. THEY HAD PROMISED THE REFUND WITHIN 3 MONTHS BUT ITS ALMOST ONE YEAR STILL NO UPDATE ON MY REFUND. UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE AIRLINES TEAM ALSO. KINDLY HELP.
