I booked a flight ticket from travolook on 30th October 2021. within 5 minutes they sent me an email stating that my ticket has been canceled by Spicejet . When I contacted them they said that they will refund in 7-10 days. Till now I have not received the refund and now their number is unreachable. please help to get me the refund
