I booked a flight ticket on 08th dec 2021.
It’s ref. Id is REF092686587. Their policy says it will take 7 to 14 days for refund but it’s almost a month I haven’t received any refund. When ever I call coustomer care they say it has been processed and but when I asked for details they email their support team which I did but thier is no response from thier end.
