On October 24th 2021, I booked the air ticket for Nov 20th 2021 from delhi to jammu on Air India flight through Travolook.An amount of Rs.2847/- was debited from my bank account towards air fare but the transaction was cancelled by travel look. Immediately one lady from customer care of travolook called me and informed me that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 days. Since then for emails and telephone calls to customer care of travel look I am getting the reply that within 7 to 10 working days the amount will be refunded to the same account from where it is debited and till date I have not got the refund. I have not seen such a pathetic service anywhere else.
