Travlook charged RS 24776 for my flight booking from Chandigarh to mysore on 17th dec and first i got a message that your booking is being processed, later i called them to know my status of booking. The lady said i have to pay rs 3667 as the far was increased while i was booking the flight. But even on indigos site the fare was same. She was lying and when i sensed something suspicious i told her i need to cancel it. Give me refund. I got a cancellation mail and said in 10-15 days money will be reverted back. After that no mail or phone call is answered. I am very disturbed. Please help me. Travlook.in is fake and deserve to be punished.
